Refund Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

In short: if Kimah isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying your licence and you'll get your money back in full.

This policy covers Kimah licences sold by JD Productions Inc. (“JD Productions”, “we”, “us”) through Paddle.com, our merchant of record.

14-day refunds

You can request a full refund of your Kimah licence within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. You don't need to explain why.

How to request a refund

Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or find your order at paddle.net.
Or email hello@jdproductions.io with the email address you used to buy and your order number.

Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

Requests made after 14 days are considered case by case, for example if Kimah stopped working because of a problem on our side. Email us and we'll do our best to help.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence is no longer valid for use. Please remove it from Kimah on your Macs. The free version of Kimah keeps working.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
